We strive to ship all orders in 2-3  business days. If any item ordered is on backorder, we will notify you ASAP.

Any order over $400 in value will automatically require an adult signature prior to delivery.  This is to avoid any high value items being left on your porch or other easily accessible location.

All custom rifle orders require half down upon ordering or $1000,00 whichever is greater. The balance of the amount owing can be paid in increments during the build time with the remaining balance due before shipping. All accessories purchases will be paid for at the time of ordering the item. They can be shipped to you at that time or assembled and test fired at the time the firearm is finished.

You can cancel or change your order as long as it has not already been machined or shipped. Changes can only be made by telephone, no changes are allowed via email. 

Orders placed with a credit card can only be shipped to the billing address on file with your credit card company. All credit card transactions are checked for fraud. If there are special circumstances requiring a different shipping address, please make us aware of this at the time of the order.The billing address must match what your credit card company has on file or we cannot process the order. 

All firearms and serial numbered items will be shipped to a FFL holder. Any order that needs to be sent to an FFL can be sent there in care of the customer to any FFL located in the customer's billing state.  This is for both our customer's as well as our own protection.  There are certain exceptions such as sending orders to an officer's department. Please let us know the details on any alternate shipping address requests and we will try to accommodate your request.

Payment forms we accept are:   

•         Money orders
•         Cashier's checks 

We do not accept business or personal checks as payment without prior approval.  If this is the only or most convenient option for you, prior arrangements must be made before sending in your order.   If we agree to accept your check as payment, your order will be held for 12 business days for your check to clear.  

Precision Shooting Sports, Inc.is not a warranty repair station for any manufacturer.  Any defective merchandise is covered under the manufacturer's warranty and must be returned to the respective manufacturer for any repairs or replacements. We are a custom riflesmith so we can repair or modify your rifles at your expense.

Any return requires prior approval from us, we will upon approval issue a return authorization number.  Any package sent without the return authorization number marked clearly on the outside of the box will not be accepted and will be returned to the sender.  

All returns are subject to a 15% restocking fee and shipping/insurance charges are never refundable.  Refunds are made via company check and will be issued within 3 days of receipt of returned merchandise. No returns or exchanges will be made after 30 days of receipt of your order.

Refunds will only be considered on brand new,  as shipped items still in the original sealed packaging where applicable.  Any item that has been opened, test fired, test fit, assembled or used is considered sold. 

ALL sales for firearms, receivers and any custom work are final.

If you can't find what you are looking for, please email us, and we will be happy to special order the item(s) and we may even have them in stock!

All Utah sales are subject to 6.25 % Utah State Sales Tax.

We reserve the right to cancel any order at any time without cause.

If Any order that includes firearms, lower receivers, etc must be shipped to an FFL dealer local to the buyer.  You can place your order at any time, but we must have a copy of the receiving dealers FFL on file, mailed or faxed to us before any firearm, lower receiver, etc can be shipped.  Faxes are now acceptable for firearms transactions per the ATF.  All hand guns are required to be sent UPS Next Day Air Saver to your FFL.  $30 shipping is automatically added to all handgun orders. Orders placed to be shipped to FFL's that we do not yet have on file will be kept on file for 30 days until the FFL arrives.

This helps us to know what FFL you wish to use for your purchase.  If you are mailing a copy of your dealer's FFL to us, please have them include your name on the back of the FFL or on a note included in the envelope.  Our address and FAX number is listed at the bottom of every page on our website and FFL's can be sent anytime.

Firearms and magazine restrictions apply to the following states, CA, MA, Washington DC, NY, MD, NJ, and HI. Others may apply. Please verify local laws or ordinances prior to ordering. We will not ship banned or restricted items to these states.

AR-15, AR-10, DPMS LR308, A.R.M.S.inc., PRi, Yankee Hill Machine, Jard, Daniel Defense, Stag Arms, Falcon (ERGO), Buffer Technologies, Badger Ordinance, Armalite, Rock River, Bushmaster, McCormick and any other specific reference to a certain product may be copyrighted. The use of these names is for reference only and do not apply to any item being produced by Precision Shooting Sports Inc.
