After rigorous testing by the staff at Snipers Hide LLC, the Precision Shooting Sports APEX VR-1 signature rifle was chosen to be the spec rifle for 2009. Working with Frank Galli of Snipers Hide, we came up with a special set of specifications that meet the needs of serious tactical competitors and shooters.

The rifle will feature a McMillan A3 fiberglass stock with molded in woodland beige, light tan, and light green colors. It will have the McMillan spacer system for length of pull adjustment, and the excellent KMW LoggerHead hardware for the cheek piece adjustment. The barrel is an APEX contour made by Bartlein Barrels cut to 18″. The available calibers are .308 Winchester Match, 260 Remington and 6.5 Creedmoor. All metal surfaces will be coated in Coyote Tan Cera-coat. The rifle will feature the Snipers Hide logo engraved on the barrel, as well as special serial numbers running from 01-25 to 25-25. This is a limited edition rifle that will not be reproduced once the 25 rifles are sold.
